High-Voltage Composite Wire

Our 1,000-volt composite wires offer lighter weight and smaller diameters compared to similar extruded constructions in applications up to 260 °C. Our high-voltage composite wire and cable family offers exceptional installation characteristics like:

  • Seamless™ Wrap PTFE jacket technology which offers all the advantages of a tape wrap, with a smooth outer surface that improves installation characteristics
  • A high-strand-count, nickel-plated copper conductor that offers enhanced flexibility and routing capabilities

Features & Benefits

Features Benefits
High-voltage performance of 1,000 V • Corona resistant
