The combined company will operate under CarlisleIT’s MedTech business segment and will offer complimentary, industry-leading technologies to provide customers with a single-source solution for highly innovative, cost-competitive medical device design, development, testing and contract manufacturing services.
CarlisleIT’s Medical Technologies division is a contract manufacturer with full-scale capabilities to provide high-quality, low cost interconnect products for use in medical devices.
