From today RMC UK adopts the new trading name of Carlisle Interconnect Technologies UK Ltd.
Kent, Washington – October 18, 2016 — Carlisle Companies Incorporated (NYSE:CSL) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the Rosenberger Micro-Coax (RMC) joint venture based in Blackburn, UK. As a result of the June 10th 2016 acquisition of Micro-Coax, Carlisle together with Rosenberger management subsequently agreed in September 2016 to step back from the joint venture and operate independently. (Rosenberger Hochfrequenztechnik GmbH & Co. continues to operate as a separate corporation.) From today RMC UK adopts the new trading name of Carlisle Interconnect Technologies UK Ltd.
Members of the Carlisle management team have already begun working with the newly acquired RMC team in Blackburn, UK to ensure a smooth transition and service to customers. RMC has a reputation for offering excellent, cost-effective solutions to the complex, coaxial interconnection needs of its European customers in Space, Military and Industrial Markets.
